My deviantART Story

Well this is my second year on deviantART. I have branched out from just drawing to so many different mediums that i never thought I would ever be able to do. I never saw myself ever creating cosplay costumes, but here I am contemplating making a Castiel outfit!


 This was my first ever entry to deviantART. I created it for the sole purpose of giving my local video game store owner a little gift, but a friend suggested i create a DA account. I'm so glad i listened to her!
 
  One of my most recent drawings. I've come so far in the past two years. Stark lines have faded into guiding shadows, creating a more realistic look. I'm still far from near perfection, but i've come a lot closer than i thought possible!

Rebecca
Rebecca's long black hair whipped behind her as she ran through the park. Her quiver of arrows slapped against her back, her knife bounced against her leg with every stride, and her bow was slung across her back. She could hear the infected gaining on her, but she didn't dare to look back. She knew she would soon be outrun and infected, if not eaten. Glancing around quickly,she spotted a tree. She started to climb it as fast as she could,her light weight allowing her to climb higher than most.
Rebecca drew her bow and knocked an arrow, ready to take down the first zombie that attempted to climb the tree. Her father had taught her archery, and though he had died years before, she still practiced every day. Little had she known her life would depend upon it.
The infection had only begun a week before, but the area had already been devastated. The entire town was empty now. Rebecca was one of the few that were left. No one knew how the pandemic had started, but once it had, it spread like  This is the first original work of mine that I posted here. It was a short little story that I had to write for my english class, but I loved doing it! I had so much that i had to work on, and so many drafts of this were made. Even the final draft isn't as eloquent as I would have liked it to be.

When I found out that I was Valedictorian, I realized that to qualify for the position, I should probably know how to spell it. In case you were wondering, I still don’t remember how. Thank goodness for spellcheck and the dictionary.
Can you believe it? Four years ago we were the freshmen, the low men on the totem pole. Now, those same four years later, we are leaving the school behind to a whole new crop of people. It has been a four years. Long because of all the drama and bad homework, the boring readings and extra credit projects, and all the other little pratfalls that hit us in high school. Good or bad, long or short, I will always remember this place.
Leaving high school is such an unfamiliar transition, I can’t tell you what this feeling is. Conflicting emotions are swirling--like when you stay up all night to get to the ending of a book, and then find out that you don’t want it to end. I want to graduate an  My most recent non-fanfiction entry. My Validectorian speech. This speech went through a mere two drafts before becoming what it is now. I'm quite proud of it, and it will always hold a piece of my heart.

My Star Trek was completed just before Halloween last year, and my 11th Doctor costume was completed in April of this year. I plan on wearing my Doctor Who outfit for halloween this year, and Can't wait to show everyone my handiwork!


Well I'm going to be making another journal in a few minutes explaining briefly what has happened to me this past weekend, because its contents really don't fit the context of this journal. Hope everyone's having a great day!
